Roll up, roll up, it's the Hunstanton 'Have a Field Day' annual fete!
Saturday 6 July
Hunstanton Town Council were delighted to present this year's Have a Field Day event - a traditional family fete - which was held at Hunstanton Community Centre Field on Saturday.
Hunstanton Rock Choir opened up proceedings with a 20 minute programme of songs, and then it was on with the fun as families enjoyed traditional games such as Tin Can Alley, Hook-a-Duck and Hoopla!
Tommy J Rollason, sponsored by the HDFA was on hand to teach visitors some vital circus skills and there was a full programme of races for all ages including the ever-popular Egg and Spoon race and Sack Race, ably compered by the 1st Hunstanton Scout Group!
More than 250 events were held across the UK to mark Have a Field Day, organised by Prince William's charity Fields in Trust, which has fought to protect more than 2,800 parks from being built in.
