On Friday 31st January 2020 at 10 am the Mayor of Hunstanton Cllr Antony Bishopp had pleasure in welcoming Lt Col Jared Williams & SMSgt Steve Pressler of the 67th Special Operations Squad alongside local residents to a short Ceremony at the Flood Memorial in memory of those who lost their lives in the 1953 floods.

The Mayor Cllr Anthony Bishopp held a short service at the Cenotaph in Hunstanton 27th January 2020 at 10.30 am to celebrate Holocaust Memorial Day

Hunstanton Town Council aims to lead the change on reducing single-use plastics by going plastic free in 2020.

Single-use plastics are to be phased out from all the council's premises from the 1st February.
